Randy P. McDonough, PharmD, MS, BCGP, BCPS, FAPhA, is Co-Owner and Director of Clinical Services at Towncrest, Solon Towncrest, andTowncrest Compounding Pharmacies.  He is also Co-Founder/Co-Owner of Innovative Pharmacy Solutions.  He oversees Towncrest Pharmacy’s clinical services including MTM services, nursing home consulting, wellness screenings, immunizations, and adherence services.  He is responsible for development, implementation, and quality assurance for all aspects of the clinic and services.


Dr. McDonough has published and presented extensively on the subject of pharmaceutical care and MTM in the community pharmacy setting.  In particular he is recognized for his efforts in developing and implementing patient care services. He has co-authored a book on pharmaceutical care and has written chapters for several other texts.  He has presented nationally and internationally on pharmaceutical care, MTM services and Performance Measures in the community pharmacy setting. Two papers have recently been published that highlight his work in developing and implementing a new workflow process that emphasizes the role of community pharmacists in ensuring that patients are achieving therapeutic outcomes with safe and effective medications. This led to a pilot program with the largest payer in the state of Iowa and resulted in Towncrest Pharmacy saving the payer $300 per member per month in total health care costs.

Michael Deninger, BS, PhD, RPh, is Co-Owner and Director Technology at Towncrest, Solon Towncrest, and Towncrest Compounding Pharmacies.  He is also Co-Founder/Co-Owner of Innovative Pharmacy Solutions.  He oversees Towncrest Pharmacy’s long-term care, group home and compounding services.  He is also managers the integration of technologies to optimize the many workflows used in the pharmacies.


Dr. Deninger has published and presented on a variety of subjects related to community pharmacy practice. He authors The Thriving Pharmacist blog which addresses business, technology, workflow, and other clinical challenges in community pharmacy. He has developed and maintains custom technology solutions for use in pharmacy and is a consultant for technology implementation in community pharmacy.

Suzanne Feeney currently leads Operations and Engagement at CEImpact, a leading pharmacy education company that focuses on connecting learning to practice. 


Prior to joining CEImpact, Suzanne served as Director, Continuing Education for Drug Store News, where she was responsible for the development of continuing education and custom education solutions including a primarily web-based Immunization Administration Training for Pharmacists. Prior to coming to Drug Store News, Suzanne was with SUPERVALU Pharmacies serving in numerous pharmacy training roles.  She also held positions as a PGY1 Residency Director, MTM Specialist and Immunization Trainer.


Suzanne graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with a Doctor of Pharmacy after which she completed an APhA-ASHP Accredited Residency in Pharmacy Practice with emphasis in Community Care with Albertsons/Osco Drug and The UIC College of Pharmacy.

Her dedication to continuing pharmacy education is driven by advancing pharmacy practice on both an individual level through professional development and leadership growth, and at the practice level through education and innovation.

As President of CEIimpact, Jen Moulton, BSPharm, RPh has worked in continuing pharmacy education and development since 1994.  Her passion for pharmacy practice improvement through education began at the Iowa Pharmacy Association where she was involved in the Iowa Center for Pharmaceutical Care education and training.  Her quest for continuing professional development led her to serve on and as chair of ACPE's CPE Commission and CPD Taskforce.  Moulton led a 5-State CPD Pilot Project, and contributed to publications and presentations about that work in the US and Qatar.


She co-founded CEImpact with the Iowa Pharmacy Association, University of Iowa College of Pharmacy, and Drake University College of Pharmacy.  She now independently leads CEI which provides a simplified and impactful learning experience for pharmacists, preceptors, technicians, and students.  In addition, more than 120 partners count on CEI to connect learning to practice for their pharmacy customers, including schools, wholesalers, chains, state associations, and more.
